Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Reception Supervisor at Estelle Manor you will assist the Reception Manager with the smooth daily operations of the reception desk, ensuring all members and guests receive an exceptional check in and check out experience. As a leader for our receptionists, you will help to motivate and develop the team, creating an environment where colleagues can thrive. With a genuine passion for hosting, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanour, you will be an ambassador for the front office team here at Estelle Manor.

- Previous reception experience within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
- A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
