An opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to work in Trauma, Elective and Orthopaedic Supported Discharge providing clinical and operational leadership. You are required to be able to assess and treat patients with Orthopaedics and support the ongoing development of a team of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Staff.

Main duties of the job:

- To provide Clinical and Operational leadership.
- To work with the Service lead, Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Advanced Practitioner / Team lead, Occupational Therapy Advanced Practitioner and the Multidisciplinary team.
- To ensure quality, clinical effectiveness and patient safety.
- To be actively involved in Service developments in line with local and national drivers and evidence bases practice.
- To be involved in an active training programme.
