TimePlan Education are working exclusively with a two form entry Primary school based in Westminster that are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support two Year 3 students that have mild Autism.

The role:
In this SEN Teaching Assistant post you will be working with students 1:1 to support the progression and development of both Year 3 students, as well as carrying out general TA duties and group interventions. This is a well-rounded role to truly gain valuableSEN Teaching Assistant experience.

You will be a gifted Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree and practice working with SEN children with complex needs that include Autism. You will be an empathetic individual who can seek out additional responsibilityand develop your own role. The ideal individual should be able to develop a positive and inclusive ethos within the classroom in which to help SEN pupils. It is essential for you to possess the traits and attitude that sees you quickly become a role modelto pupils from all economic and social backgrounds.
