We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join our team based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This is a fast-paced role and involves making sure each division has processed their payroll within a timely manner and to deadline. No in-depth PAYE end to end knowledge required as this is processed by our head office, but basic knowledge would essential either in payroll or a similar role. You will also be responsible for aiding the branches with any issues on our crm system. Full training will be provided on all aspects of this role.

**Role**

As a payroll administrator, you will be responsible for the below
Manage the time sheet imports for the various company divisions
Be first line response for handling payroll/crm system queries
Identify and report any issues in a timely manner
Help improve the weekly process
Learn and advise on any process changes you feel could benefit the business.
Help monitor any invoice issues related to the time sheets and assist with resolving
Assist/liaise with the divisions on making sure payrolls are generated to deadline.
Generate weekly reports for senior management
Help raise credits/invoices as per the allotted PO number.

Essential
Experience in using MS Office
High attention to detail
Basic Payroll knowledge
Must be able to communicate clearly
Must be able to organise themselves adequately to be able to complete their weekly tasks.
Salary £25,000 per annum
37.5 Hours per week
Holidays: 28 Per Annum Plus bank holidays. (You will be required to work some bank holidays but will given the time back in lieu).
