**Your Role**
We are setting up a new vacant property and minor woks team and initially we are looking to recruit 4 Repairs Operatives to work across our London region.
Predominately the work will be carried out in the Westminster and Camden areas, however we do cover the wider London area with a small amount of property in Reading.
To support you travelling around we’ll provide you with a company vehicle, we’ll also provide uniform, power tools and a fuel card.
You’ll be an experienced multi-skilled trade operative, ideally being qualified/experienced in plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering and laying flooring, both vinyl and carpet.
Works order are managed electronically so you will need to be IT literate as jobs will be shared with you on an iPad. Typically, you’ll work as a two-person team but there will be times when you are lone working. Your Team Leader will be available for support and will get involved in those more complicated jobs.
Work will also be undertaken in occupied properties, so good customer care skills are also required. The work in occupied properties could include kitchen and bathroom refurbs.
Experience of carrying out repairs and minor work in a social housing environment would also be beneficial.
