General Cleaning Operative

Newhaven, United Kingdom Denma Cleaning Services Full time

We are looking for one cleaning operative with great attention to detail to work onsite at Newhaven Port completing general cleaning tasks.

Shifts: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, completing a 2 hour clean each morning.

This role can be combined with our other Newhaven role located within walking distance.

**Duties will include ( but not limited to )**
- Dusting / wiping surfaces
- Polishing
- Hoovering
- Mopping
- Cleaning toilets
- Emptying bins
- Be willing to go the extra mile.
- Good attitude and work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Report to the Supervisor when running low on stock.
- Cleaning to a high professional standard.
- Work well in a team.
- Have good communication.
- Be reliable and have good time keeping.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newhaven, BN9 0BN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
