Night Concierge

**Job overview**:
We are seeking a pleasant, helpful and welcoming manner professional to run a large scale prestigious residential property situated in Richmond, TW10.

**About the role**:

- Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
- Assist with resident deliveries, key management, customer queries and service request
- Manage resident bookings and access to amenity spaces
- Confidently act as main point of contact at the front desk to all incoming residents, visitors and contractors
- Professionally check and screen all visitors, guests and any contractor staff, ensuring they have permission to be present in the building or access areas, including apartments
- Always ensure effective security within the development, including the manning CCTV.
- Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
- Act as a liaison between residents and any department
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed
- Strong customer service and high organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks and requests simultaneously
- Able to work on their own as well as a part of the team
- Have a reliable, professional and ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Have relevant Concierge experience.
- Full clean UK driving license (preferred)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
