**rTriibe **is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Sports Coach Cover to join our team in **Sheffield and Rotherham area**. As a Sports Coach Cover, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging sports activities and ensuring the well-being of students during the absence of regular coaches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions to students across various age groups.
- Provide cover for absent coaches, ensuring the continuity of sports programs and activities.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging participation and skill development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during sports sessions, following health and safety guidelines.
- Support students' physical, emotional, and social development through sports activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to align sports sessions with the overall school curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a **Sports Coach** or in a similar role, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in various sports and coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Ability to adapt coaching strategies to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles.
- Passion for promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to undergo the check.
- First Aid certification is desirable.
