**Library Service: Library Assistant**

Colne Library, Pendle

£12.00 per hour, Permanent, Part Time 7 hours plus enhancements for weekends.

This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

**We are currently recruiting **

A **Library Assistant **to work at **Colne Library. **This is a permanent role, and you will work an average of 7 hours per week which will include some evenings and weekends, over a two-week rota (see attached rota)

You will have **excellent communication and digital skills **, be able to work with **a range of partners and volunteers **and be able to deliver a **customer focused service **.

Sometimes, you will need to work at other locations and the role may involve some lone working.
