Ross’s is a Belfast City centre firm of Auctioneers & Valuers. We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic graduate to join our flourishing jewellery department.

This is a client facing and administrative role and all training will be provided.

The role includes cataloguing the jewellery featured in our monthly online auctions, valuation training, merchandising, jewellery viewings as well as liaising directly with clients and colleagues to provide excellent client service.

The successful applicant will have the potential to gain insight and experience in all aspects of a busy auction department.

No previous jewellery experience is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Precise management and organisation of our monthly jewellery catalogue.
- Managing and updating our many trade vendors.
- Assisting in merchandising and displaying the jewellery auction each month.
- Managing customer interests and assisting in jewellery sales.
- Contribute to the oversight of our social media and research for potential social media collaborators.
- General department administration.
- Assisting in monthly credit control.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate Degree
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Use of Microsoft Office

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
