- take on an advisory role for Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities
- provide second opinion in this clinical area when appropriate
- demonstrate a high level of skills in the management of Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities
- contribute to the development of the service for Children and Young people with Learning Disabilities
- contribute to the FV Eating and Drinking team through the management of Children and Young People with Eating and Drinking difficulties
- demonstrate a collaborative approach to service delivery across agencies and professional groups to improve outcomes for CYP with learning disabilities.
- demonstrate experience and skill in supporting and developing other SLTs
- contribute to our core work of delivering Universal, Targeted and Individualised supports within the service.
- have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships and facilitate behaviour change.
