**The Opportunity - HGV Fitter**:
We're excited to announce an opening for a HGV Fitter at our state-of-the-art facility in Devizes. This role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities focusing on maintaining and enhancing our mechanical operations.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Undertaking routine maintenance and emergency repairs of mechanical equipment like trucks and plant equipment's to ensure mínimal disruption to production.
- Implementing proactive maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
- Finding and fixing faults in pipework, basic wiring, and metalwork.
- **Installation and Commissioning-**: Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment, ensuring it meets operational standards.
- Performing diagnostic tests on malfunctioning equipment, identifying issues, and implementing efficient solutions.
- Coordinating with the labour and operations teams for efficient installations.
- Documenting maintenance activities and generating reports to inform decision-making processes.

**What Will You Bring?**:

- An HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Practical experience in mechanical maintenance within a heavy industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous Wielding experience is desirable
- Commitment to health and safety best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and IT literacy for report writing and data analysis.
