**Key Responsibilities**
- To ensure the restaurant is impeccably set and that service throughout is faultless.
- Ensure the guest has the best possible experience, following steps of service.
- Taking guest orders and delivering food and beverages
- Ensure you have great menu knowledge, learning from team leaders, giving you confidence in your delivery.
- Willing to be flexible in different styles of service, such as private/outdoor dining.
- Maintain company representation, ensuring you always look impeccable.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a Waiter/Waitress role is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to develop and grow
- Confidence in talking to others
- Good attention to detail
- Passion for food, beverage and luxury hospitality
**The Newt in Somerset**
The Newt in Somerset has ancient woodland, historic gardens and far-reaching views. It is a unique destination with 2 luxury hotels - each with their own spa and restaurant. Visitors and guests can take a tour of the gardens, deer park and cyder press, dine in the Garden Café and visit our farm shop.
