Seven Social Care are looking for a number of residential workers to work within Wakefield.

**The role**:
This role involves Working in different children's homes across the Wakefield district. You will provide high standards and improve the outcomes of children and young people who are Children in Care and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To work with and enable children and young people to achieve their full potential.

To work in accordance with the Directorate's aims and objectives and through adherence to its policies, procedures and practice guidelines.

To work with the social care staff within the Children in Care Service and Locality Teams where appropriate, to ensure that resources for Children and Young Peoples Services are available to all service users to live within the community.

**Applicant Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
NVQ Level 3 or Diploma Level 3 in child care.

**Experience**:2+ years working within a similar role.

**Compliance**:Recent DBS check.

**Travel**:Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

**Hours**: 37.5 hours p/w.
