**Facilities Technician (Full Time-Permanent)**

**40 hours per week - £14.00 per hour dependent on experience**

**Hampton Care Home** based in Hampton has a vacancy for a Facilities Technician, working 40 hours per week, between Monday and Friday. Some weekend/on-call cover will also be required.

We are looking to recruit a Facilities Technician to assist in maintaining and keeping our Home safe for our residents and staff. Duties include completing maintenance and repairs throughout the home and carrying out some upkeep of the buildings, carrying out routine safety checks and general decoration.

**The Person**:
If you have sound knowledge of property maintenance and repairs/decorating, we would love to hear from you. We need an enthusiastic, flexible individual who can effectively time manage and prioritize tasks, and be able to work alone and use their initiative when necessary.

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
