Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised care, with a focus on dementia and residential support. We also offer short-term respite and rehabilitation services, ensuring a comprehensive care experience. With a diverse array of activities and facilities, life at Monson is about more than just care - it’s about enjoyment, engagement, and exploration. **About the role**:
As a Night Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:

- Assisting residents throughout the night, including personal care, and medication.
- Offering support and companionship during night hours.
- Completing night checks to ensure of comfort and wellbeing.
- Undertake cleaning duties throughout the home.
