**Pay Rate; £11.44 per hour, you will be supplied with all of the equipment needed to complete your daily duties.**

**Day to Day Duties; The list of duties below, does not include all of your daily tasks but solely to provide you with an idea of what your role will entail**:

- Cleaning office spaces
- Cleaning staff toilets and wash-rooms
- Emptying general waste, recycling and disposing of it correctly
- Cleaning the staff room

**Essential Skills;**
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own, using your own initiative
- Have a good attention to detail and be able to accurately follow instructions
- Be hard working, punctual and reliable
- Have good communication skills

**Desirable Experience**:

- Own transport would be ideal but not a requirement
- Live locally (If you have your own transport you do not have to live locally)
