**The Position:

Food Runner is primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables rapidly and accurately. Runners maintain the cleanliness of the expo line, organization of order tickets, and communicate effectively with BOH team.

**_ No experience needed, attitude and willing to work is a must_**

Key Responsibilitie**s**
- Assist waiters in taking and relaying orders to the kitchen.
- Place new table cloths, plates, cutlery and glasses.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs and counters.
- Fill and refill water glasses or beverages.
- Assist waiters in serving food and beverages to guests.
- Greeting guests.
- Clean and maintain floor stations, ensuring serviettes are folded and surfaces kept clean and clear, as well as ensuring the station is fully stocked with the required equipment.
- Clean and polish cutlery.
- Maintain supply of clean linen and Serviettes.
- Serve appetizers and remove appetizer plates to make way for entrees.
- Clean and sanitize restaurant floors should there be a spillage or accident.
- Carry food items from the kitchen or bar to the guests.
- Clear away all dirty items from guests’ tables and deliver them to the washing area.
- Distribute food checks to the kitchen after ensuring that correct table numbers are mentioned on them.
- Assist in creating bills by providing accurate order information.
