Description

Bennett Walden is an independent estate agent in Palmers Green, established in 1993. As part of their Lettings and Sales teams, you will be looking to arrange appointments for sales and lettings opportunities, carrying out relevant property matches, conducting property viewings and negotiating offers between the Landlord, Tenant and Buyer.
- Liaising with clients, tenants and contractors
- Registering new applicants both over the phone and face to face
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
- Creating new valuation opportunities
- General administrative duties such as filing, copying, data entry, handling post
- Answering calls

4 A-C GCSEs including English and Maths

Driving License and Own Car Required

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm ( 1 Day off during the week) & Saturday, 10am - 4pm

Commission scheme will be offered as part of the role
