**Role Description**:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Site Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a well-known company providing Facilities Management services to customers all over the UK. As Site Manager you will be required to manage the deliveryof an effective and compliant range of cleaning services while managing the day-to-day cleaning operation of the site. The ideal Cleaning Manager will understand good manufacturing practice in a manufacturing environment along with a tangible cleaning bias.Customer liaison skills and the ability to interface at all levels are also extremely important for this role.

**Requirements**:

- Good standard of general education
- Valid and recognised Health and Safety Certification preferred e.g.; IOSH Managing Safely and/or NEBOSH
- Ideally membership or Associate Membership of BIFM and qualification
- Preferably undertaken formal Waste Management Training
- Proven experience in a soft FM services environment preferably manufacturing
- Customer focused and able to build strong, positive client relationships
- Able to communicate with people at all levels both confidently and professionally - a 'people’ manager
- Self-starter who is confident working both as part of a team and independently
- Verifiable track record with regard to Health and Safety within the workplace
- Excellent financial acumen
- Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written
- Computer literate to at least intermediate level in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
- Experience in working with web-based purchase order and staff attendance systems
- Clear understanding of HR procedures especially with regard to disciplinary and grievance matters
- Aptitude toward accurate data input, in particular timesheet compilation
- A working knowledge of SAP would be useful
- Demonstrable understanding of current Waste Management Legislation
- Report writing skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise as well as resolve service queries quickly, efficiently and in a calm, controlled manner
- Demonstrable project management and implementation skills
