Houseman/driver

We are working with our lovely HNW clients to find an experienced Houseman/Driver to support them in their 3 floored property in Kensington. You will join a small team of staff so being a team player is essential. The couple have two dogs who are a part of the family, so you must be pet friendly.

You will be responsible for managing the security of the property, being a security presence when the principals are out, overseeing general maintenance and upkeep of the property and grounds, walking the dogs, helping the housekeeper when needed and running ad hoc errands.

This is a varied position that will require flexibility with duties and changes in schedules, a hardworking ‘can-do’ attitude and a friendly disposition. You should be well-presented, energetic and eager to get stuck into the role from the get-go.

Usual working hours are Monday - Friday working 8-10 hours per day, being flexible with start and end times depending on the principal's schedule. This is a live-in or live-out position. If you choose to live in, you will have your own studio apartment within the property. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

**DUTIES TO INCLUDE**:

- Management of security for the estate and alarm systems
- General maintenance and upkeep of the property and grounds
- Management of the car, including arranging services, MOTs etc.
- Dog walking
- CPO duties
- Running ad-hoc errands
- Assisting across all areas of the household as required
- Deal quickly and responsibly with any issues that arise

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Previous experience in a similar role on an HNW private estate
- Flexibility in terms of duties and changes in schedules
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Very high attention to detail
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Trustworthy
- Clean DBS check or willingness to get one
- Right to work within the UK
- Excellent checkable references
