**Job Description**:
The Scrum Master will lead Agile project teams on-site in Derby, employing Kanban boards or product backlogs in Azure DevOps, depending on the team's preference. Individuals servicing the company account are expected to:

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and Agile practices.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Preferred expertise in software development, with a focus on Python development.
- Proficiency in utilizing DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) activities is desirable.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
- Communicate project status, risks, and impediments to stakeholders in a transparent and timely manner.
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and organization and implement strategies for enhancement.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Track and report key Agile metrics to measure team performance and project progress.
- Utilise metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improvements.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on Agile practices.
- Help the team understand and implement Agile principles effectively.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools.

Additional Information
**Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to be UK nationals in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
