We are a friendly GP surgery based in the Maidstone area, looking for a part-time (25 hrs - Mon to Fri) GP Receptionist, to join our team. The working hours 5 hours per day and would be on rota basis and can include AM (8-1pm or 8:30 to 1:30)and PM (1.00 to 6 or 1:30 - 6:30) shifts.

You will be working with our clinical teams and alongside with great team of admin staff, supported by Reception Supervisor and Reception Manager. GP Receptionists will be responsible for helping to maintain a friendly but effective first-line of patient contact, deal with patient tasks appropriately, follow our systems and protocols and keep the practice presentable and safe.

Day to day responsibilities include answering patient queries on the phone, triaging and booking patients with the right clinician, calling patients to book them in for health checks, vaccinations etc. You will need to follow our systems, policies and procedures carefully and ensure that you maintain confidentiality at all times.
