Weekend Assistant

Duties:

- Perform clerical tasks such as compiling registers, organising equipment and overseeing session delivery
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Schedule calendars and staffing rotas
- Prepare photos and videos of activities and all round participation
- Savvy with social media and video editing a huge advantage
- Maintain uniform and inventory supplies
- Coordinate

Qualifications:

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a sports, leisure / office setting is preferred

This position offers the opportunity to work in a community / sports environment and gain experience in various tasks. The Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the weekly operations of the programmes. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £6.00-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 4 per week

Schedule:
