Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets company standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff and guests
