- Picking and packing orders from multiple sales channels
- Arranging dispatch of orders to customers
- Addressing any customer delivery queries
- Regular checking of stock levels
- Booking in deliveries and movement of stock to appropriate locations
- Ensuring a well-organised, clean and tidy warehouse environment
- Adhering to our health and safety policies at all times

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Wizard to join our team.

There may be requirements to assist in other departments from time to time. Engineering skills or experience would be beneficial, especially in terms of your progression within the company. 1-year warehouse experience is desirable, but full training will be given.

A good attitude and excellent communication skills are key for this role, along with adaptability and a strong work ethic. As well as the base salary, there is a discretionary monthly bonus and share option scheme which allows the whole team to share in the company’s success.

The role is 37.5 hours a week, over 5 days, Monday - Friday. Flexible working hours between 8am and 6pm are available after successfully completing a 3-month trial period. Other working patterns may be considered.

Essential skills
- Ability to work well within a small team.
- Able to manage own time and work schedule.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic numeracy skills (ability to accurately count stock).
- Driving licence due to rural location.
- Physically fit as job includes physical activities.

Desirable skills
- At least 1-year experience in a warehouse environment.
- Interest / experience in a maintenance or engineering role.
- Strong IT skills
- Customer service experience
- Online sales / marketing experience
- Office administration experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
