iDirect support people to live Independently in the community, to lead a life that they have a reason to value. Ensuring we promote everyone as equal citizens and not as people receiving support.
If you are a fun, adaptable, caring and committed individual then we would love to hear from you. Previous experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health and Autism is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided by our dedicated training team.
