Travel Tour Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced office administrator to join our small friendly team within our busy family run coach company.
The applicant must have a friendly telephone manner and be able to work under their own initiative and as a team.
The role will include varied duties to which full training on our internal systems will be given. The duties will include:
- Taking Holiday and Day Excursion Bookings, Face to Face and by Telephone
- MOT Bookings
- Coach Hire Quotations & Bookings
- Cash Handling
- Invoicing
A good knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel are essential.
You may be required to travel between our Mansfield Woodhouse and Worksop offices as and when required.
The applicant must hold a full driving licence.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 08:50 - 17:00
28 Days Annual Leave Including Bank Holidays
