**Post Holders Deputy: Warehouse Team Leader**

**Main Purpose of Role**:
To complete daily tasks in line with our business requirements, ensuring the highest standard of accuracy, safety and housekeeping.

**Key Tasks**:

- Load and Unload vehicles as required.
- Ensure customers’ orders are picked, packed and shipped against agreed standards.
- Stocktake duties as required.
- Complete all warehouse tasks with the highest degree of accuracy.
- Ensuring stock is moved & transacted correctly.
- To maintain and improve Warehouse standards, pick accuracy, location accuracy and deliver the best possible service for our customers.

**Key Requirements for Role**:

- FLT Counterbalance License (required)
- Numeracy and Literacy
- IT Literate
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Self-Motivated with a strong team ethic
- Knowledge of warehousing

**Health & Safety**
- Every employee has a duty to respect and implement the AWMS H&S Policy and the procedures for the processes that are applicable to their area of work and responsibility.
- Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping
- Be vigilant in the workplace actively reporting any H&S risks

**Preferred Experience**:

- Good warehousing knowledge
- Previous use of Excel, word and other software programs.
