We have an opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to join our customer focused Mortgage Team. We are looking for a people focused and friendly individual to join this thriving team.

**About the position**

Mortgage Administrator Position:

- Day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Liaison with third party service providers.
- Deal with internal and external customers, assist these enquiries and meet customer needs.
- Processing payments for customers.
- Processing changes to mortgage accounts in accordance with instructions received, approved and in line with policy and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to implement change and improve.

**What are we looking for?**
- A process driven, team player.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Previous administration experience preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Mortgage administration experience highly advantageous but not essential.
