We are looking for an experienced **Account Administrator **to assist a team with data management and account activities. It is the responsibility of the Account Administrator to oversee the accuracy and quality of data while working under company guidelines and policies.
To be successful in this role you should have a solid finance or accounting background and be familiar with digital accounts software preferably Sage.
This is a good opportunity for an individual with admin experience (at least 2 years) looking for their next challenge in their career.
**The Role**:
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts
- Processing payments
- Maintaining records of orders, invoice and receipts on both the purchasing and sales side
**About you**:
- Good communication, numerical and literacy skills
- Good analytical / problem-solving skills and pro-active nature
- Reliable, enthusiastic to make a difference
- Positive attitude
- Hardworking and reliable with good initiative, able to work on their own and as part of a team
**Qualification**:
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English A-C (9-4)
- At least two years’ experience working in a busy accounts office environment
- Payroll experience desirable but not essential
- Good computer skills essential and must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience of operating computerised accounts software essential, preferably Sage
**Salary**:
From £23,400 - £27,300 per annum depending on experience
08:00am - 4:00pm
Monday - Friday
