**Position Overview**:
As a Nightshift CNC Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high precision components during the nightshift. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual due to continued expansion within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high tolerance components
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise machining
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for quality, making necessary adjustments as required
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine machining processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills and experience required as a CNC Turner**
- Experience with materials such as Aluminium, Titanium, Stainless Steel and Plastics (preferable)
- Experience on Fanuc, Mazatrol or Smart controls (preferable)
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC lathes
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus

Note: This job may require lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20.00-£28.00 per hour
