St Aubyns is looking for an organised and experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator to join the team at their nursing home in Sidcup

**Key Responsibilities**

Reception

As the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, your primary role is to ensure all telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner; providing callers with the correct information or transferring them to the relevant parties.

You will also be responsible for greeting all guests upon arrival, and carrying out proper check-in in accordance with our continued coronavirus safeguarding measures

Administration
- A professional and friendly telephone manner, and excellent in-person customer care.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in all basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- The role would suit someone who is organised, has the ability to prioritise workload, and can work well as part of a team in a busy environment
