DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth running of all transport scheduled activities.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
- Administrative support service to the transport operation.
- Co-ordinate front of desk activity acting as a point of contract for the Department.
- Maintenance of the transport IT systems.
- At all times to act in a manner which is fair, consistent and objective and in line with DHL Values.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for Transport assembly and have excellent Excel, Microsoft skills.
- Liaison with warehouse department to ensure delivery schedules are adhered to.
- Maintain the transport IT system and databases as appropriate.
- Compile statistics as requested for use by the Management team
