**Position: Supervisor - Tutoring and Operations**
As a Supervisor at Bright Young Things Tuition, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our centre. This role is perfect for individuals who are not only enthusiastic about tutoring but are also adept at handling operational responsibilities with finesse.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the friendly and approachable face of the centre, welcoming parents and students, and addressing enquiries.
- Oversee daily centre operations, including managing schedules, creating rosters, and maintaining a well-organized environment.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding are upheld.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a passion for inspiring young minds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage both tutoring sessions and operational tasks.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safeguarding protocols and regulations.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
