We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated Data Administrator to join us along our exciting journey. The Data Administrator will work very closely with multiple stakeholders and lead by example. You will have good time management and organisation skills teamed with the ability to work within strict deadlines. Strong IT skills are essential along with the ability to handle data effectively.

The Data Administrator will support the development of value-added strategies and play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from vast datasets to inform strategic business decisions. This role will report to our Senior Business Analyst.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Building good working relationships with colleagues and external service providers
- Provide support to internal Teams with regards to data gathering, processing and analysis
- Generating and analysing monthly reports for production purposes
- Day to Day maintenance of Dynamics CRM system(s)
- Assisting teams with developing data-driven processes
- Develop and promote wider use of Power Bi
- Developing / delivering training materials for IT systems
- Adherence to all Qufora Ltd’s Policies, Processes and Procedures in relation to our Business Management System (Quality & Information Security (ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 27001)).

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Microsoft Power Platform experience desirable (Power BI/Power Automate)
- Experience of reporting from Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Business Central.
- An acute attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the proficiency to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection legislation
