**Job Title**: AEB Tutor - Admin / Mental Health / Autism Awareness

**Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or above.
- Experience of delivering short courses online - group and 1-1 basis
- Ideally have experience of delivering Mental Health / Autism Awareness training
- Must have experience of developing session plans.
- Must have experience of delivering online learning.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners

**Duties include**:

- Deliver a variety of AEB short courses online, to learners who are employed/unemployed across a variety of vocations (not limited to): Business Administration; Customer Service; Team Leading; Warehouse and Logistics; Mental Health; Autism Awareness and other Employability related qualifications.
- Creation of schemes of work, ensuring they are motivational, engaging and have the ability to develop learners' skills, knowledge and behaviours.
- Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
