**The Client**:
Our client is a longstanding insurance company, and they are based in the Belfast area. As our client is part of a larger outsourcing company, they have all of the benefits and support that come with a corporate entity while maintaining the ethos, family-feeland proactive nature of a smaller company. They offer excellent progression opportunities as well as a great benefits package.

**Benefits of the Customer Sales Advisor role**:
Our client has a defined program in place to encourage every member of their team to increase their basic salary. The employee progression route has been created to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts with regular checkpoints in place where your salarywill be reviewed to allow you to maximise your earning potential.

**You will have a competitive OTE of £26,000, there is NO OUTBOUND CALLING in this role.**
You will be given full training which is funded for by the company.

**The Customer Sales Advisor role**:
As Insurance Advisor, you'll be working within an established team acting as a key point of contact for our existing customers to discuss their renewal options by providing the highest standards of service that our customers expect and our reputation isbuilt on. This is an inbound role. You will not be required to make any outbound or cold calls in this role.

**The successful Customer Sales Advisor will have**:

- Previous experience in a target driven environment
- Previous experience in either insurance, sales or retentions
- Experience building rapport with customers to understand their individual needs and circumstances
- The ability to negotiate with underwriters and clients
- You will need to be organised and ambitious in order to achieve targets
