Sov Warehouse Coordinator

**Region NCE < SBU NCE Service < Seagreen Green Shift**
Reporting to the SOV Shift Manager, you will join our Service UK team in the Northeast of Scotland working in support of our offshore wind farms. Your role will involve operating as part of a focused team, keeping our wind farms in production through focused material management, and aiming to maintain an efficient parts management system.

**Responsibilities**
- Compliance with Vestas' Health & Safety, Quality, and Operational procedures
- Maintaining stock inventory of spares and tools, through periodic & annual stock counting
- Administrating all delivery and conformity paperwork
- Arranging and coordinating transportation together with preparing and assisting with the loading / offloading of materials
- Coordinate the testing of all site tooling, PPE, lifting & calibrated equipment
- Liaising with Vestas's tool department on tooling Ordering of consumable items from local vendors

**Qualifications**
- Experienced with warehousing, logistics ad stock management in an offshore operational environment
- Planning & coordination experience
- Efficient IT skills (preferred: SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full driver's license, ideally with Forklift Truck
- A willingness to travel and work across various sites when required, in support of business needs
