We have an immediate position for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our established Investment Management firm based in Salisbury.

As an administrator your key role is to provide administrative support to the Investment Managers and assist with the daily operation of the office.

**Key responsibilities**
- Maintaining client records
- Producing client investment valuations
- Setting up client accounts
- Processing payments
- General office administration duties such as photocopying and answering the phone
- Arranging the transfer of investments and cash for clients ensuring the transfer is completed as efficiently as possible
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
- Highly IT literate with an ability to learn new systems
- Good telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous administration experience within a financial services environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
