**Role Overview**

As a Warehouse & Logistics co-ordinator you will have several key duties such as managing goods in, picking & packing, booking shipments, and ensuring the warehouse is a safe, organised working area.

**Role Responsibilities**
- To ensure the warehouse operation is efficient, organised, clean and a safe place to work
- Maintain warehouse stock through our CRM system, ensuring the correct processes and procedures are followed at all times
- Ensuring stock is correctly booked in using our warehouse system and safely put away
- To plan and coordinate the picking, packing, organisation and shipping of goods, in the UK and overseas if required. This includes the associated documents such as commercial invoice and custom forms.
- Arranging paperwork for shipping, contacting freight partners, and dealing with freight issues. Training will be provided.
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure there is sufficient stock on hand for service and projects. Ensuring this information is fed back to the purchasing team when required
- Commercially astute, reviewing ways to save cost and increase warehouse/logistics efficiency.

**Person Specification**
- Proven experience in warehouse processes and procedures such as picking, packing and general warehouse organisation
- A strong eye for detail, able to identify areas for improvement and clearly articulate this to management
- Excellent oral and written communicator
- Experience with arranging shipments
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Ability to think on your feet in a positive and proactive way
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for quick turnaround times
- Able to achieve results independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence - at times this role may require you to travel to other sites
- Forklift licence is desirable
- A strong interest or experience in technology, AV, or Retail is desirable
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is desirable
- Experience with shipping overseas (commercial invoices / HS codes) is desirable
