We are looking for an enthusiastic **administrator** to work in our commercial training business within Tersus Group. Tersus Training Services deliver health and safety training across the UK and have a team of trainers and associates that we work with in order to deliver training and consultancy services to our clients throughout the country at either client’s premises or at one of our scheduled open courses.
**Purpose of the role**
Reporting to an administration manager and the operations director, You will be required to deal directly with both clients and training delivery staff to take bookings, deal with customer requests and undertake all aspects of the administration function for the smooth running of our training courses. This will include managing customer requests and ensuring that all required pre-course preparations are made prior to all courses commencing. As well as dealing with customers the role will include facilitating the support function for employed and associate trainers to ensure that everything is in place to ensure the smooth running of these courses. Once a course has completed the post-course processing of information, paperwork and certification will need to be completed and all other activities relating to the smooth running of the course.
