Imperial Personnel are currently recruiting for labourers to work for a large precast company based in Worksop.
The shift pattern. Rotation of days and nights.
Monday - Friday 6am - 4.30pm ( days )
Monday - Friday 6pm
- 4.30am ( Nights )
Days is paid at £12
Nights is paid at £15.60
They do offer overtime on Saturdays paid at 1.5X and hours are 6am - 12 lunchtime.
Temp to perm role - once you have learnt new skills and can multi skill across the different departments you could get up to £14ph for days and nights £18.20
There is many different departments within this job so they can train you up on all aspects. There is no experience needed, all you need to be able to do is read a tape measure. If you can read a technical drawing this nis a bonus.
The ideal person they are looking for would be hard working, reliable and willing to learn.
Different departments you will be trained on
Twin wall turning.
Casting
Manual station 2 - Steel work / cutting steel.
Manual Station 1 - checking - Polystyrene check.
Pallet cleaning - scraping pallets
QA - measuring and making sure its passed ready to be distributed.
