**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts (Admin) Assistant. We are medical software provider located in Leicester. The role presents an exciting opportunity to join a small dynamic team where you will primarily focus on accounts payable and inter-company billing/purchasing related tasks, but will not be limited as supporting responsibilities will be required across the business functions from time to time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Collating weekly payment runs
- Inter-company billing
- Request for Quotations
- General admin (Answer phones - route calls to support team)
- Ad hoc duties as requested to cover absence/annual leave

**Position Requirements**
- Self-Motivated
- Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong team player
