We are seeking 2 skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Barista to join our team. As a Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages. Your expertise in coffee brewing techniques, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing their questions or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, drip coffee, and other specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.

Quality Control: Ensure that each beverage is prepared with precision and consistency, paying attention to proper brewing techniques, coffee-to-water ratios, milk steaming, and flavor profiles.

Menu Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the coffee menu offerings, including the characteristics and flavors of different coffee beans, as well as the ability to make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.

Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and milk frothers, ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized regularly to uphold health and safety standards.

Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments, operate the cash register, and maintain a balanced cash drawer throughout the shift.

Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the coffee bar, including the service counter, brewing stations, storage areas, and seating areas.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations, including assisting with stocking supplies, rotating inventory, and supporting coworkers during busy periods.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new coffee blends, brewing methods, and beverage innovations to provide customers with the latest offerings and enhance their overall experience.

Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage procedures, and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

These are two part time roles on minimum 40 hours

Previous experience not essential criteria as training will be provided.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
