Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Play Worker to join our team. As a Play Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and play. Your role will involve supervising and interacting with children, during activities, and ensuring their well-being.

**Duties**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to children during playtime
- supervise age-appropriate activities and games
- Supervise children to ensure their safety at all times
- Engage with children in play and educational activities
- Assist with snack time and ensure children are following proper hygiene practices
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other staff members
- Support children's emotional well-being and encourage positive behavior

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a child care setting, hold a NVQ level 2 Play Work certificate Teaching Assistant level 2 /Play Worker level 2
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and providing a nurturing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Valid driver's license to transport children if required
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and health and safety regulations.
