We have a fantastic, permanent, opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist, who meets the criteria for an appointment at 8b, to join our well-established Clinical Health Psychology Team at an exciting time of growth.

You will join a large and well-established team of over 20 psychology staff, under the department of Clinical Health Psychology Services, which provides specialist psychology services in the following medical areas: Long Covid, Cardiology (ICC/ ICD),Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD), Cystic Fibrosis, Critical Care, Community Respiratory and Cardiac Rehabilitation, as well as providing primary care psychological support services for cardiac and respiratory patients and LHCH staff support services.

The Department is led and supported by the full time Consultant Lead Clinical Psychologist/ Professional Lead & Head of Psychology.

Enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an exceptional professional attitude and relevant clinical skills are required, together with a firm desire to contribute to the work of an established and close-working team.

There will be opportunities to utilise all aspects of your knowledge and skills and to contribute to the strong and growing presence of psychology in the Trust.
