**Role Purpose**:To lead the buying plan for us and take accountability for achievement of our ecommerce partners product sales success and critical path planning. Delivering product propositions in line with the brand and the customer profiles and developing excellent capability within our supply base. Working in collaboration with our design, operations and marketing team to drive customer engagement whilst maximizing margin, sales and growing market share.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- A proven track record within a buying role for an ecommerce or retail brand, selecting and reviewing product options against KPIs (design, quality, function, availability) and overseeing production processes from concept through design.
- Sourcing suppliers and vendor management for all new product development working with the Head of Buying to ensure alignment to company strategy.
- Negotiating best cost prices to maintain margin targets, driving profitability for us across allocated business.
- Strong stock management experience, planning and forecasting run rates and ordering stock in line with sales forecasts.
- Client facing with ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the group, from internal functions

to senior management.
- Operationally driven with commercial and analytical approach to business, adept to working to tight deadlines and under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Oversee customer demand, market trends, stock availability, replenishment process, product flow and pricing strategy working alongside our ecommerce fulfilment manager ensuring products are kept in stock to maximise sales potential throughout the product lifecycle.
- Management of QC & Compliance for the product ranges working with compliance team and Head of Buying.
- Financial management of all purchases across the range, managing the invoice and PO process ensuring correct delivery of inbound stock.
- Liaising with the web team and overseeing all processes for online store including product content and photography.
- An interest in consumer insight and the impact on product offerings, with previous experience of working alongside internal marketing team.
- Management of tactical and event product ranges, attending key events to learn more about the brand, and agreeing budgets with Head of Commercial prior to each event.

- Results driven and highly motivated with impeccable eye for product design and quality.
- Excellent technical expertise and knowledge of supply chain.

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
- Good understanding of global retail market, trends and brand positioning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate competently and clearly, both written and verbal.
- Strong organization and task management skills.
