At a pivotal time for growth, a HR Executive is required to join a reputable organisation with the industrial service provider industry.

The HR Executive will work with a multi-site operation, as a lead on all things HR and recruitment. Working on empowering employees and leaders, the role will focus on employee engagement and retention as well as future growth plans and development, as well as your own personal career development.

**Role**:
Putting the ‘Human’ in Human Resources, your role will be the go-to for specific employee lifecycle queries and manage and support a small team of HR administrators.
- Create a consistent approach to HR delivery
- Manage full recruitment and onboarding process.
- Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries.
- Maintain, utilise and advise HR practices.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and meet specific audit requirements.
- Conduct training workshops and document guides for processes.
- Actively participate in workforce forecasting and budget planning meetings.

**Requirements**:
The HR Executive role requires an individual with a full CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent and experience working within HR for an industrial, manufacturing, logistics or other related environment.
- Desire to design, implement and manage HR processes.
- Confidence with building good relationships and credibility / trust.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective team management.
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters accordingly.

**Additional Information**:

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
