**Our Opportunity**:
Pick Everard are looking for a collaborative, innovative individual to join our growing Leicester office as a Junior Graphic Designer.

Based within the central Visual Communications team, this role will focus on creating visual assets and outputs that support the firm's marketing, working winning and internal communication activities.

You will work closely with the team's Graphic Designers and Visual Communications Lead to delivery across creative briefs and tasks, ranging from social media posts to internal communication videos.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the design and development of specialist materials and brochures as required
- Artworking visuals assets and deliverables
- Creating branded assets for use across digital platforms, including social media and website
- Artworking support for key bid opportunities
- Working with a wide range of media, photography, videography and computer aided design
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high quality work
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies in new media
- Client, competitor and industry research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Participation in collaborative design workshops with the Visual Communications Lead and other design stakeholder

**About You**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recognised qualification in Graphic Design - desirable.
- Work experience in a similar role demonstrating creative approach and flair - desirable.
- Experience of dealing with external suppliers, designers, and printers - desirable.
- Appreciation of good website design and content
- Proficient user of MS Office packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
